Postdoctoral Research Position:
The laboratory is seeking a talented postdoctoral research scientist with interest and expertise in molecular-cellular mechanisms related to cardiovascular and metabolic disease. Priority will be given to candidates who have experience in conducting experiments in mice with cardiovascular (incl. atherosclerosis, cardiac disease) and metabolic diseases (incl. diabetes, obesity, NAFLD, metabolic syndrome).
 

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered: (1) a Ph.D. or M.D/Ph.D., preferably with <3 years post-graduation for PhD; (2) first author high-quality publications published in first-rate journals; (3) experience in the research areas outlined above; and (4) excellent communication skills, particularly ability to comprehend rapidly spoken English and to speak English fluently, both in 1:1 discussions and during seminar presentations.
